Our client is a MSP based in Central London, as a 3rd Line Support engineer you will be working as part of the technical consultant team sharing the full spectrum of IT support tasks.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous experience within technical support

• CompTIA or Microsoft MCP/MCSE accreditations

• Experience working with the following MSP tools, Autotask, continuum, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware AWS, Azure and Office365

• Ability to resolve issue independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills
