Account Manager leading IT Managed Services Business

Are you looking for a new role working for a well-established IT services based just outside of Central London? If the answer is yes then read on!

You will be joining a well-established, successful managed service provider who have made a number of acquisitions over the past few years and who are looking to expand their sales team.

The ideal candidate will have current or recent B2B client services / account management experience, ideally in a managed service provider and have the following skills and experience; -

• Articulate and comfortable with presenting reports and information to customers

• Energetic and positive attitude towards delivering fantastic customer service

• Comfortable discussing pricing and financial data with customers

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target

• Ability to identify and adjust your communication/presentation style to reflect the requirements of the recipient
