You will need to have B2B tech sales experience or experience in selling to the construction industry!
This is a very proactive role whereby you will be looking to develop new business opportunities as well as effectively managing an existing client base of accounts. Within the existing client base you will be looking at ways of drawing more revenue through being more investigative & consultative about their business requirements.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hardworking and trustworthy team player who is self-motivated and independent and will also thrive in a competitive environment. You will be expected to work to targets both in daily call activities, monthly and quarterly sales figures.
Sales activities:
Account Management
New Business Development
Liaising with a range of customer disciplines
Assessing business issues and implementing sound sales solutions
Situational Sales Negotiation
Generating & maintaining a healthy Sales forecast & pipeline
Achieving regular revenue and gross profit targets
Promoting the full range of products & services
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communications skills are essential along with energy and enthusiasm
First Class questioning and investigation skills
Confident in the use of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to multitask and perform well in pressure situations
Attention to detail is a must when undertaking any instruction
Ability to embrace and present new and emerging technologies to clients
Experience of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution
Time Management & Planning skills
