Our client is a long established Software House that develops asset management applications. The client seeks a Junior who has probably worked 12-18 months or so in a Software Support Capacity.

Job description: Project Delivery Administrator

General scope and purpose:

Supporting the Assistant Project Delivery Managers (APDM), Project Delivery Managers (PDM) and Senior Project Delivery Managers (SPDM) to design, configure and deliver the client's technical products to newly engaged and existing customers and continuously improve the relationship thereafter.

Specific responsibilities:

* Support APDM/PDM/SPDM at client workshops and meetings

* Establish strong working relationships with customers & internal teams

* Work with customers to understand and optimise their business processes

* Learn to develop forms & workflows, configuring Optimatics to deliver best practice

* Handle inbound client queries

* Review & test functional changes

* Look for opportunities to improve what we do & how we do it

* Deliver fantastic customer service, delighting our customers

* Review and provide updates for product specification and functional changes

* Establishing good working relationships with Customers and Internal Teams

* Escalate issues when they fall outside of your knowledge and/or authority level

* Assist with recommendation for changes and upgrades to products

* Be proactive in addressing personal learning to improve performance

To keep abreast and adhere to all policies, procedures and authorisations as found and detailed on the Company Intranet and to maintain correct written policies for current processes in accordance to your role, where applicable, conduct audit reviews as and when required by the company
