Our client is currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial 3 month contract with the opportuniity to become permanent.
The successful candidates will be required to provide technical remote support diagnosing and resolving customer issues. You will have previous 1st/2nd line / Service Desk / Incident management experience with past experience supporting Windows XP-7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Applications and VPN's.
Within the role you will be providing remote support to internal customers, logging issues, resolving technical issues to the best of your ability and escalating to 2nd/3rd line if necessary. There is progression available to more technical roles and you will be working in a busy but excellent environment.
It would also be advantageous to have Windows Server 2008 and / or Citrix experience however this is not essential. In addition to technical skills you will also have excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
