How do I upload my CV?

First of all, you need to register. Click the red Candidate Login button in the top right of the page, and then on the ‘Register With Us’ link at the bottom of the drop-down. If you’re a Linkedin member and are logged in on the device you’re using, you can autofill our form using the Register with Linkedin feature. Alternatively, fill in the short registration form and your're done.

Once you’re logged in, go to the ‘Your Account’ area and either drag and drop your CV into the box on the right or click to upload it as a file.

Which file type's do you accept?

We accept all types of commonly used files but most employers prefer Microsoft Word compatible .docx or .PDF.

Can I remove my CV?

Yes, once you've found your ideal job you may wish to remove your CV. Log in to your candidate area and click the ‘Remove’ button next to your CV.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please send an email from the email address you registered with to

I live outside of the UK. Can I still register my CV on

Only candidates with a permanent UK address can register their CV.

N.B. Candidates with a temporary UK address can also register their CV, as long as you have a UK working visa.

How do I search for jobs on

From the homepage, you can complete the quick search. Simply fill in the job details you are looking for: keywords, any discipline and location.

If you want to complete a more advanced job search, click one of the Channel Tiers (Vendor, Distributor, VAR/Reseller or MSP/Other). Enter your desired job type and technology specialism.

Alternatively, you can log in to your candidate profile and search for jobs from there. You will then be able to save job vacancies and apply for them later.

We recommend setting up Job Alerts by Email as well as job searching. Then you will have the latest jobs matching your criteria emailed straight to your inbox.

Can I save jobs I am interested in?

Yes, as long as you are logged in to your candidate profile you can save jobs and view them at a later date. To view saved jobs, log in to your candidate profile where they will appear in the ‘My Saved Jobs’ section.

Can I apply for jobs on

Yes, registered candidates can apply directly to all jobs listed on the site. If your CV is uploaded, you just need to click the ‘Apply button. If you haven’t uploaded your CV you can do so for each individual job application by following the on-screen instructions.

N.B. Use the contact details listed with the job, do not contact to make an application.

Can I apply for a job without registering my CV?

Yes. You may be required to upload your CV for individual job applications depending on the employers preferences. Follow the on-screen instructions.

I can't remember which jobs I've applied for. How do I find out?

Login to your candidate profile where your previous applications will be listed under the ‘My Applications’ section

Can I track my job applications?

Once you have applied to a job you will receive an automatic email from confirming that you have made an application.

Each employer will have a different policy for notifying candidates of the status of their application and they are not obliged to inform you if your application was unsuccessful.

I have a question about a job vacancy. Who should I contact?

Please contact the recruiter directly. has no further information about any of the jobs advertised on the site. The recruiter's contact details can be found at the bottom of the full job description or on their company profile.

How do I modify or update my CV?

You can update your CV at any time by logging into your account and removing your old CV (see process above) and uploading your updated one.


How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. Login to the candidate area and click ‘Change Password'.

How do I set up Job Alerts?

Login to your account and go to 'Job Alerts'. Click 'create new alert', specify your search criteria and save your alert. We will then send you an email whenever a job is posted that matches your criteria.

How do I change my Job Alerts?

Login to your account and go to 'Job Alerts'. Click 'Modify Alert' on the one you want to change.

Can I upload my CV from a mobile device?

Yes. As long as your CV is in a supported format and available from your mobile device.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

Go to the login area and click on 'Forgotten Password'. Enter your email to receive password reset instructions.

How do I unsubscribe from emails you send me?

All the emails we send have and 'Unsubscribe' option within the email. Click on the link unsubscribe.

I have a question that is not answered here. What should I do?
