3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer  Bridgend - 3 days p/week onsite in Bridgend - hybrid role  £37-45k & £3.5k training allowance after 12 months Intapeople are working with a well-established and thriving IT  Provider, who are recruiting for experienced 3rd Line Service Engineers to facilitate growth, and service . Reporting to the Service Manager, and based at their Bridgend Office, you will form part of a revamped Service Department, with an emphasis on maintaining optimal service levels, adherence to published SLAs and offering industry leading support. Technologies They Use: HPE server/SAN Hyper-V & VMware Windows Server/Desktop OS MS/Office 365 Sophos suite HPE/Aruba networking Datto, Veeam, Acronis backups Gamma Horizon VOIP LAN & WAN technologies Key Duties: Provide top-tier technical support Maintain exceptional customer service Adhere to service, security, and quality standards Update/manage customer documentation Prerequisites: 5 years' 3rd Tier IT helpdesk experience Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc.) Extensive Windows & networking experience Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Preferred: Managed Service Provider experience CyberEssentials accreditation Mitel telephony experience Project installation experience Training & Development: Microsoft & vendor-specific certifications provided Opportunities to champion emerging technologies
