Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using PHP, MySQL, and other relevant technologies. Develop and maintain web applications using CakePHP framework. Design and implement efficient, reusable, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimise application performance and reliability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve the development processes and practices. Write clean, well-structured and well-documented code to ensure the software remains readable.  Essential Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of CakePHP framework or equivalent – Laravel etc. Proficiency in MySQL or other similar databases. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
