THE ROLE

- Collaborate strategically with colleagues to define and champion technical specifications, taking the lead in developing scalable, high-performance code.
- Drive exploration, experimentation, and prototyping efforts to deliver robust, production-quality code and advanced models.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project delivery, leveraging expertise to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
- Partner closely with our product team to support their product specification by ensuring that the team understand the limits & possibilities of the data/ tools that we have.
- Ensure you stay up to date on the leading technical advances in digital nature data delivery & analysis.
- Support grant ideation, development & delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance of software development documentation & infrastructure on GCP for ML
ABOUT YOU
- Strong background in ML software development & pipeline configuration.
- Good understanding of research & product development.
- Familiar with DataOps & MLOps.
- Able to deploy & test ML models in production.
- Good understanding of the principled evaluation of ML models.
- Familiar with many different data sources and types
- Commercially astute.
- Excellent communication, planning and interpersonal skills.
WHAT SETS YOU APART

- Experience with Tensorflow & BigQuery.
- Comfortable building automated test infrastructure for ML models.
