We're expanding our team and currently searching for skilled Field Service Engineers and Customer Support Engineers to join us across multiple locations, including Gatwick and Crawley Area, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Northern Ireland, and now Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support and assistance to our esteemed clientele. Execute installations, upkeep, and repairs of our innovative equipment and systems. Swiftly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal operational disruptions. Uphold superior customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Foster effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless issue resolution. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to optimize product utilization. Requirements: Previous experience in field service or customer support roles is advantageous. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus
