IT Support Engineer  Location: Swansea  Salary: Up to £26,000  Aztrum is pleased to be working with a leading MSP based in Swansea! Our client provides a variety of IT services including IT Support, Cloud Computing, Business Continuity and many others for businesses nationwide.  They currently have an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team; this role offers a 4-day working week, professional training, a clear path for progression & more.   Your daily duties may include:  1st / 2nd / 3rd Line duties.  Complete incident & service requests to within SLA standards for clients.  Receiving first-contact phone calls and maintaining the relationship until ticket resolution.   Maintaining documentation of ticketing systems.   Managing and support of IT infrastructure.  Liaising with suppliers & third-party IT firms.  Requirements:  Experience working as an IT Support Engineer within an MSP - candidates should have either 1st, 2nd or 3rd line experience.  Proficiency in troubleshooting, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Domain Infrastructure.   Excellent written & spoken English.   Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team!   Benefits:   4- day week for full pay.  Career progression.  Full training throughout your career.  If this role sounds of interest or you’d like to have an initial chat, please contact Charlotte Lavender at Aztrum for more information
