Job title: Process Leader

Location: Radway Green

Salary: £42,132 plus up to 25% shift premium

What you'll be doing:

  • Efficiently managing the operation of manufacturing processes
  • Taking responsibility for the safety of employees working within the manufacturing area
  • Implementing the SHE policy, legislation, and safe systems of work
  • Leading the delivery of manufacturing KPI's including quality and cost reporting
  • Managing your team and providing the right support to help them excel and succeed
  • Ensuring that the manufacturing area is managed in a cost effective and efficient way
  • Supporting and implementing CI activities utilising lean tools & problem-solving techniques
  • Scheduling and supporting maintenance activities within your area

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • An Engineering Degree or time-served apprenticeship
    • Demonstratable experience managing a technical team, ideally in fast paced volume manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of IRR 2017

      Desirable:

      • Qualified in IOSH and/ or Environmental Managing Safety
      • SAP experience
