Job title: Process Leader
Location: Radway Green
Salary: £42,132 plus up to 25% shift premium
What you'll be doing:
- Efficiently managing the operation of manufacturing processes
- Taking responsibility for the safety of employees working within the manufacturing area
- Implementing the SHE policy, legislation, and safe systems of work
- Leading the delivery of manufacturing KPI's including quality and cost reporting
- Managing your team and providing the right support to help them excel and succeed
- Ensuring that the manufacturing area is managed in a cost effective and efficient way
- Supporting and implementing CI activities utilising lean tools & problem-solving techniques
- Scheduling and supporting maintenance activities within your area
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- An Engineering Degree or time-served apprenticeship
- Demonstratable experience managing a technical team, ideally in fast paced volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of IRR 2017
Desirable:
- Qualified in IOSH and/ or Environmental Managing Safety
- SAP experience
