Role Overview: As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robust applications that support our Operations (OPS) users and clients. You'll lead a team of developers, guiding them through best practices, architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of applications using C# and .NET framework. Architect scalable solutions on Azure, leveraging its services for optimal performance. Develop and integrate Web APIs for seamless communication between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior developers. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project time-lines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a .NET environment. Strong proficiency in C# programming and the .NET framework. Expertise in designing and deploying applications on Azure. Experience developing and consuming Web APIs. Ability to lead a team, provide technical guidance, and drive projects to completion. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
