An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Engineer to join a global company to immerse themselves in a cutting-edge data-link product range.

 As the Customer Support Engineer, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:

  • Conducting site surveys worldwide
  • Installation of new products
  • Managing the ordering and packaging of technology
  • Logistics coordination
  • Contribute to the creation of technical publications
  • Undertake site maintenance
To be considered for the Customer Support Engineer opportunity you must have prior experience in operating or maintaining datalink products, experience in telecoms, electronics, or RF, have excellent communication and IT skills,  foreign travel 4/5 times a year for 2-3 weeks at a time in the Middle East and Far East, hold a UK/EU driving license, and eligibility for SC clearance is required.
