Migration Engineer

Concept are currently looking to recruit 5 experienced Migration Engineers within a commutable to Milton Keynes to complete a 6 week initial contract with chance of long term extension Start - 29th April 2024 Duration - 6 weeks (initially) The Role: Will involve the following tasks: Provide remote technical support to end-users during the migration process. Assist in the configuration and testing of IT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Document and maintain detailed records of migration activities and support tickets. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on migration progress and address any concerns. Sign offThe Candidate: Must have a minimum of 1-3 years' employment experience within an IT migration / helpdesk / field based engineering role and be able to: Support client systems, services and migrations. Be confident with IT software and be able to carry out the migration process Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.Rate Information / Benefits: Monday - Friday day work 9am - 5pm £130 per day via Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) Flexible remote work environment - to be based from an office in MK for a minimum of 2 days per week, remaining days working from home Laptop and phone providedIf you are interested in this vacancy please click apply
