Job Title: 2nd Line MSP Engineer Location: Skelmersdale, West Lancs Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 Our client, a thriving Managed Service Provider who deliver solutions through IT Support, Infrastructure and Networking support are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who will serve as the first point of escalation from the 1st Line engineers and handle more complex incidents and service requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with: Microsoft 365 and applications Windows & Mac Operating Systems Azure AD & Active Directory Networking Protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN Virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V & VMware Security - Anti-virus, Anti-spam etc SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Windows 10/11 and Windows ServerDay-to-day: Provide technical support to clients remotely and face-to-face Ensure clients are always kept up-to-date Escalate unresolved tickets to 3rd Line Diagnose & resolve hardware and software issues Educate clients on how to use systems Provide maintenance through monitoring, administration Project delivery supportBenefits: Health and wellbeing programme Free parking Company vehicle Gym membership Social events Great company culture Casual dress codeIf the role sounds like something you are interested in, then please apply ASAP for immediate consideration.
