Your New Salary: £50-60k depending on experience + bonus Location: Central London Job Status: Permanent. Hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH Report to: Head of IT IT Assistant Manager - What You'll be Doing Each Day: * Support London Branch business departments to develop and upgrade applications and functions. * Project management & Technical support of London Branch business system & Internal management system * Responsible to create, organize and maintain the Data Warehouse and produce the MI reports. * Lead and support branch’s Data Governance work. * Assist to support branch’s information security work and safeguard branch’s network against cybersecurity events. * Support London Branch employees with IT requirements to ensure they have the right technology and support for their day-to-day work. * Support branch IT infrastructure, network and system maintenance. * Assist on HO’s overseas system maintenance, such as functional enhancement, upgrade and testing. * Assist to research new technology and support the transfer of digitalization in London branch. * In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the bank's business. IT Assistant Manager - The skills you need to succeed: * Fluent in both Mandarin and English. * IT infrastructure / network / system maintenance / system administration experience in the UK. * Degree holder in Computing and/or Engineering related fields. * Independent problem solving ability. * Keen to learn new skills and technology. * Preferable with project management experience. * Knowledge and experience on Information Security will be a bonus. * Experience on administering Treasury systems, Banking systems, Accounting systems will be a bonus. * Knowledge on databases, such as MYSQL, MSSQL, will be a bonus. * Familiar with VMWare infrastructure and Windows/Linux operating system administration (and/or network engineering) will be a bonus.
