Marketing Executive

I am pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to work with our Speke based client. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is energetic, hardworking and passionate. As an engineering-based company who has not previously had a marketing department, this is a Golden opportunity to apply your own marketing prowess and philosophy and be part of a pioneering operation. The role will include: • Exclusively promoting the company’s products and services to obtain global sales. • Create engaging on brand marketing materials and post on the company’s website and social media pages. • Preparing and delivery of a monthly Marketing Strategy Plan • Maintaining the CRM system The Ideal candidate will: • Be enthusiastic about contributing ideas and confidently presenting them • Come from an engineering background, ideally with some electronics experience • Have confidence to contact potential and existing customers • Thrive in managing your own schedule – being well organised and meticulous • Be able to work collaboratively as well as independently • Have strong communication and customer service skills • Be naturally inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions Essential Experience and Skills: • Strong knowledge of WordPress, copywriting and familiarity e-commerce platforms, with experience in website management and updates. • Social media - Proven experience in managing and creating content for social media platforms (Primarily LinkedIn) and following/engaging with our target audience • Graphics - Basic knowledge of graphic design/Photoshop would be good but is not essential. • Creative flair coupled with a commercial mindset. • Valid UK Driving Licence What’s on offer: • £25,000 - 35,000 salary • 20 days holiday (exclusive of Bank holidays) rising by 1 day extra per year of service (up to 10 extra) • Pension contribution • Car parking available • Casual dress • Social events • Progression opportunities • Early finish Fridays
