IT Support Engineer - up to £45K Leatherhead We are seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to join our team. As part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in providing technical support to our branches and head office, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent service. What are we looking for: * Proficient IT support experience. * Proficiency in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune. * Microsoft security compliance and defender. * Pprovide hardware and software support. * Experience with network infrastructure. * Passion for IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include: * Deal with technical problems logged by internal staff via a ticket system. Support all entities across the business with multiple sites based within the south of the UK both remotely and in person. * Manage the Managed Service Provider * Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, and applications. * Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications. * Utilise your expertise in the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, ENTRA, conditional access, and Intune. * Support IT projects, such as cybersecurity initiatives, hardware replacement/upgrades, and the integration of new technologies. * Acting as an on-site contact for IT-related incidents logged through our outsourced IT support provider and service desk ticket system. * Managing tickets for new starter IT kit, movers, leavers and returning kit (laptop, desktops, mobile phones) If this sounds like something you are interested in please apply.
