Role purpose / summary Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite. Key Skills/ requirements Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi-location delivery model Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
