Job Description The client is in charge of producing the commissioning deliverable for plant start up in a digital way. This approach is part of a transformation program of the Client engineering activities. It engages the digitalisation of the current processes, a new data management, the progressive transition from document-centric engineering to data-centric commissioning products, supported by tooled up process. To pursue this transformation, the commissioning engineers use the PLM tool 3DX from Dassault System. The production of the commissioning documentation is progressively switching from documents to data. It will be delivered at 100 % to the customer in this new format. To support this deployment, the Commissioning Data Steward Service will: Support the digitalisation of commissioning documents to structured database (PLM) - directly performing part of the recovery of existing document to digital format in assistance to the commissioning engineers. Develop solutions for automatization of the digitalisation of the commissioning documents; On request support to handle open topics for this transformation program at technical level with tools, data bases; Support the users of the PLM tools by identifying the data necessary for their activities, ensuring the initialisation of the data in interface with upstream engineering disciplines (system design, equipment contracts…), and acting as an interface between the commissioning engineers and the developers; Modelling and organising data in PLM tools to support technical team activities, including Commissioning Procedure redaction and development of catalogues of Standard Testing Methods; Ensuring data quality in PLM tools, raising awareness, and fostering conditions for maintaining required standards; Extracting and formatting data for various technical needs; Serving as a liaison between technical team and PLM tool-related teams, including customisation, debugging, and digital transformation project management; Acting as a reference key user within the commissioning team, providing support and guidance for PLM tool utilisation for other commissioning engineers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field; Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with PLM tools, databases, data management, and information systems; Proficiency in programming and dashboarding, with a strong understanding of data visualisation concepts; Ability to thrive in a technical environment with multiple and urgent demands, demonstrating resilience and adaptability; Familiarity with Dassault 3DX PLM tool would be an advantage; Rigour in the production and review of deliverables; Ability to work in a team, in an international and multicultural environment; Relational ease with customers and partners. Additional Information Security clearance: Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
