Validation Manager

An opportunity has become available for a Validation Manager to join a leading optical semiconductor company based in Edinburgh. This role will be heavily focused around people/ team management, but you will still be expected to do some post silicon validation work. 

As a Validation Manager you will have a number of responsibilities that include;

• Support the current Validation Manager with team leadership
• Take the lead on technical projects
• Post silicon validation
• Recruitment of future colleagues
• Structuring and organisation of the teamTo be considered for the Validation Manager vacancy you must have:
  
  • 5-10 years of experience in a management/ lead position (both of people and projects)
  • Good knowledge of low signal analogue and/ or digital electronics.
  • Experience with scripting/ programming (ideally Python)
