Electronics Lead

We are working with a Cambridge based, global leader in digital radio solutions seeking an Electronics Lead. In this role you will spearhead the electronics design team, ensuring the timely delivery of cutting-edge RF and Baseband solutions for mission-critical communication products. This role demands a blend of hands-on RF and Baseband design expertise, team leadership, and a track record of successful project delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as an Electronics Lead:

• Lead and guide RF and Baseband engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure a focus on RF and Baseband hardware delivery, ownership, and high performance.
• Coordinate resources for effective RF and Baseband project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the RF and Baseband product strategy and create the Electronics roadmap.
• Set objectives for RF and Baseband engineering teams, aligning with business strategy.
• Develop plans for RF and Baseband skills alignment and continuous improvement.
• Lead a culture of RF and Baseband innovation through quantitative and qualitative measurements.Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.Experience and Skills as an Electronics Lead:
    
    • Hands-on design experience in RF and Baseband electronics and hardware development.
    • Extensive experience in RF and Baseband-based projects from concept to delivery.
    • Strong understanding of RF and Baseband systems and architectures.
    • Proven ability to make pragmatic decisions and lead RF and Baseband teams.
    • Exceptional team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • High technical knowledge across RF and Baseband technologies.
    • Track record of innovation in RF and Baseband process and technical solutions.
