As a Lead Interaction Designer you'll be helping teams design and deliver services that are simpler, faster and easier to use. You'll be our interaction design expert, working with and guiding other user centred design professionals. Together you will deliver the best possible outcomes for all of our users, and make sure everything we design is accessible to everyone. You'll be part of a thriving design community - with chance to share your expertise and shape the next generation of Interaction Design leaders. We are looking for people who can… Provide guidance on tool selection and method appropriateness, establishing standards and procedures. Support multidisciplinary teams with user-centred design processes and clear explanations of design concepts. Advocate for design thinking to senior stakeholders, policy colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams. Apply strategic thinking to optimise user services, focusing on end-to-end design. Deliver strategic-level recommendations, presenting clear analyses and visualisations to communicate complex messages. Foster inclusive working environments, building strong interpersonal relationships and valuing diverse opinions and challenges. Details. Wages. Perks.
