Software Developer Derby (Hybrid) Permanent (Full-Time) £50,000 (DOE) + Benefits Syntax is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer with strong C#, .NET and JavaScript experience. A chance to join our dynamic team at our Derby office (Pride Park), with options for hybrid working. Start ideally in May/June 2024. Syntax is an independently owned IT services and recruitment company with 30+ years' experience of delivering IT solutions for an array of Public and Private sector clients. Key skills, experience + tasks include: Essential experience: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, TFS, DevOps, Jira. Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment + maintenance. Developing high-quality, scalable and maintainable code that meets project requirements and industry standards. Troubleshooting + debugging software issues on existing systems and providing timely resolutions. Performing code reviews, providing constructive feedback + mentoring junior team members. Advantageous Skills: React, TypeScript, Microservices, RESTful API, GraphQL, AWS, Azure, 3rd party API integration + payment gateways.
